Use The Land in good faith.

The Land is currently a free, experimental web project. By using it, you agree to these basic terms.

The experience

You may watch, install, and share links to The Land for lawful purposes. Please do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass its security, or use it in a way that harms other people or systems.

Code and assets

The project's source code is available under the MIT License. Third-party libraries and visual assets remain subject to their own licenses. Access to the hosted site does not grant additional rights to names, artwork, or materials beyond those licenses.

Worlds can change

The simulation, seeds, saved-world behavior, and shared links may change as the project develops. A particular world or result is not guaranteed to remain available forever.

No warranties

The Land is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. Use it at your own risk. Lawrence Yang is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the project.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the project changes. The date at the top will show the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
